The quarter-final round is set after an action-packed opening day at the 2026 BC School Sports Girls Basketball Provincial Championships at Langley Events Centre.
Sixty-four teams — split into four 16-team tournaments — tipped off Wednesday, with upsets shaking up each division.
A new champion will be crowned after two-time defending champion Seaquam Seahawks fell in the first round.
Quarter-final matchups:
- Argyle Pipers (North Vancouver, #1) vs. Okanagan Mission Huskies (Kelowna, #8)
- Johnston Heights Eagles (Surrey, #4) vs. Semiahmoo Thunderbirds (Surrey, #5)
- Riverside Rapids (Port Coquitlam, #2) vs. G.W. Graham Grizzlies (Chilliwack, #7)
- M.E.I. Eagles (Abbotsford, #3) vs. Charles Best Blue Devils (Coquitlam, #11)
Quarter-finals start at 1:45 p.m. on South Court.
